Overall Purpose: To undertake diagnostic fault finding and installation on vehicles to a consistently high standard.

Main Responsibilities:

· To carry out diagnostic fault finding on vehicles.

· To fit racking, on board power and other auxiliary equipment as instructed.

· To complete installations on vehicles to a consistently high standard.

· Follow all instructions including technical instructions exactly.

· To work in accordance with health and safety regulations at all times.

· To attend training as required.

· To become multi skilled and assist in other areas as and when requested.

· To have a fully equipped tool kit at all times

· Any other reasonable request that may or may not be directly related to the job role as indicated above.

Knowledge and Experience

· Three years mechanical experience and/or a formal mechanical qualification is essential for this job as are excellent problem solving skills

Circumstances

· The ability to lift heavy objects on a regular basis and dexterousness are essential to this role.

· The Job Holder must possess a full clean driving license
